The goal of the functional training workshop is to introduce the participants to a series of “best practices” – rules to follow and be aware of in order to get the most from a gym workout, any gym anywhere!

  • Learn to use your body weight aided by straps to engage in comprehensive functional training movements
  • Learn to sequence and program a complete workout
  • Learn to use a basic range of equipment options
  • Be introduced to the concept of fundamental movement themes
  • This workshop will help you experience a challenging functional training workout to see the potential this style of training has to offer
