a) Individual technique feedback during group swims:
From the vantage point of a paddle board, I’ll give each participant daily feedback on form and technique. Through observing you over the days of the camp, I’ll be able to help you analyze strengths, weaknesses and help plan your swim program.
A swim athlete often learns suddenly that a racing environment is completely different from a training environment. No-one wants a foot to the head in a mass start. This camp focuses on what to expect. Included will be beach starts, drafting, sighting, swimming a straight line all set in a group environment.
