Personal Training and Coaching in the Age of Coronavirus – An Update

Here we are, safe and healthy, nearly half-way through June. Gyms have begun to re-open with obvious precautions in place.

With folks itching to get outside, online training has long been replaced by safe outdoor one-on-one and partner training.

Group rides have resumed, again with physical distancing. Limited to 8 riders, these rides are open to anyone and take place on the west side of Vancouver on Thursday evenings starting at 6pm. Contact me for details at 604-340-6767.

Track workouts, a blend of challenge, camaraderie and fun, are back each Tuesday evening starting at 6pm. Please call me for details.
