Andrew is an accomplished international athlete, dedicated coach and personal trainer and he has enable hundreds to set and reach their health, fitness and athletic goals. Andrew has been my triathlon coach and personal trainer for more than 10 years and without question Andrew has made me a better athlete, a healthier person and lifelong advocate of health and fitness. Weight room focus:
Rick leads an active life with lots of travel. He has to rely on hotel gyms with generally less than stellar equipment. Rick’s able to use any gym to create functional training exercise options through his sessions with Andrew, but packs a TRX® strap just to be sure. Rick likes pace and flow in a workout with transitions from exercise to exercise being the only respite. As a result, he’s in and out of the gym in usually 45 minutes to an hour.
