Weight room focus:
Rick leads an active life with lots of travel. He has to rely on hotel gyms with generally less than stellar equipment. Rick’s able to use any gym to create functional training exercise options through his sessions with Andrew, but packs a TRX® strap just to be sure. Rick likes pace and flow in a workout with transitions from exercise to exercise being the only respite. As a result, he’s in and out of the gym in usually 45 minutes to an hour.
