HIIT Cycling Workouts

November 3 to December 15

Join Coach Andrew along with a maximum of 8 cyclists for a HIIT-focused coached group indoor cycling workout in an open space garage setting on the West side of Vancouver. Expect outdoor temperatures so dress accordingly (arm warmers, leg warmers). This is a 2 vehicle garage with both large doors open along with an open adjoining entrance leading outside. I will also have 2 big fans to circulate the air for maximum air flow. Develop better cycling form in and out of the saddle, develop your aerobic and anaerobic capacity, push your anaerobic threshold and develop greater power generation.

Necessary equipment:
Your road or triathlon bike plus a stationary trainer* that will effectively attach to your bike  through either direct drive or traditional drive.
(* trainer does not have to be a smart trainer)

All levels of (relatively) fit cyclists from beginners to competitive.

Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00pm

Garage behind 3231 West 37th Ave with entrance from rear alley

We’ll be focusing on simulating hill repeats, sprints, long intervals, standing out of the saddle/sitting, brick sessions (bike/run intervals), technique drills, – (all with appropriate COVID-19 compliance). Coach Andrew be leading on his bike and trainer to lead the class, observe and facilitate.
