A fitness assessment establishes baseline measures of your current aerobic capacity, anaerobic threshold, and muscle strength and endurance – all important components of athletic performance

The goal of a fitness assessment:

The goal of the fitness assessment is to find out how fit you are at this moment in time in those component areas that come together to produce exceptional athletic performance.

The data collected on your current fitness level can then be compared to data collected once the assessment is repeated in 1-2 months to reveal how much you’ve improved as a result of your training efforts.
