Coach Andrew is a true inspiration. He has the ability to support athletes to go beyond their comfort levels in a safe environment. Under his guidance, I have been able to reach successes that I never saw possible, and now will be competing in three world championship events in 2020. Lauren uses functional training workouts for the exceptionally broad range of effects on the entire body per unit of time in the gym. Functional training exercises integrate the upper and lower body through core engagement. The exercise on the left is exemplary of this: from fingers to toes, so much going on.
