Saturday Group Rides are Back!

Organized and facilitated by Athletic Endeavours Personal Training & Multi-sport Coaching

Hello eveyone! Andrew Tuovinen here with an exciting announcement for cyclists of all levels who might be chomping at the bit after a long chilly winter. Saturday group rides are back starting March 12, 2022!

Each 2 to 3 hour ride is stamina-based, mostly at cycling power zone 2-3. Most people are looking for a long ride (i.e. 2-3 hours); however, you can go for a shorter duration if you desire. As mentioned, these rides are all inclusive – all levels of cyclists are welcomed. We’ll have 3 pace groups for you to find your place:

A Group = 30 km/hr or faster
B Group = 25-30 km/hr
C Group = 20-25 km/hr

Meet-up locations will be Siegel’s Bagels at 1883 Cornwall Street near Cypress at 8:30am, or under north side of Lions Gate Bridge at 9:30am.

The Saturday group rides are weather-dependant. I will notify all who have signed up in the hours leading up to the ride if the weather looks sketchy.

Best of all: this ride is FREE! However, I will occasionally plan a ‘Destination Ride’ (Zero Avenue, Port Moody/Fort Langley, Sunshine Coast, etc.) which takes time and effort to organize and I will ask for a minimal fee to join those designated rides.
