Thanks Andrew for helping me improve my strength! I was very flexible with a dance background but when it came to things requiring strength, like being a mom to 3 growing kids, I fell short. Over the past 3 years or so, I've been doing strength training with Andrew once per week and twice on my own. Andrew makes it fun and gives me "homework" to do own my own. It seems like each training session is different so I'm always looking forward to our hour. What more can I say? I would strongly recommend AE 🙂
